We collect very little, we keep it briefly, and we never sell it. Here's the long-form version.
1. What we collect
When you make a reservation, fill out our contact form, or sign up for the seasonal letter, we collect: your name, your email, your phone (if given), the date of your visit, and any notes you choose to share with us.
When you visit this website, our hosting provider logs standard technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time of visit. This is used to keep the site running, nothing more.
2. Why we collect it
To confirm your reservation, to write you back, to send you the occasional letter about a new harvest or pressing — only if you've asked to be on the list.
3. Who sees it
Three people at the orchard. We do not sell, rent, share, or hand off your information to advertisers, brokers, or third parties.
Our reservation system is operated by a U.S.-based booking platform that is contractually bound to the same standards.
4. How long we keep it
Reservation records are kept for 18 months. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact-form messages are kept for two years and then deleted.
5. Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to show you what we have, correct it, or delete it entirely. Write to [email protected] and we'll act within seven days.
6. Cookies
This site uses a single first-party cookie to remember your menu preferences between visits. No tracking, no third-party advertising cookies, no analytics that follow you elsewhere.
7. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and post the new version here. Material changes will be announced in the seasonal letter.
