The plain-language agreement between you, our guest, and us, your hosts.
1. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed by email. A credit card may be required for parties of six or more, and for long-table suppers. Cards are not charged at the time of booking.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation are free. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a weekend reservation may incur a $15 per-seat fee.
2. Pricing
Menu prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change weekly as the harvest changes. The price you see on our menu at the time of your visit is the price you pay.
An automatic gratuity of 20% is added to parties of eight or more.
3. Allergies & dietary needs
We do our utmost to accommodate. Please mention allergies in advance so the kitchen can plan properly. Our space is not fully allergen-free; cross-contact is possible despite our best efforts.
4. Liability on the property
The orchard is a working farm with uneven ground, equipment, and ladders. Please walk with care. Visitors enter the orchard rows at their own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times. We are not responsible for personal property left on the premises.
5. Photography & marketing
By dining or visiting, you understand that occasional photography may take place for editorial or seasonal-letter use. We never identify guests by name without permission. If you'd rather not be photographed, please tell us — we'll happily honor that.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — words, photographs, recipes, branding — belongs to smileshuffleharvst.ink and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in Yamhill County, Oregon.
